Orange Syrup

Servings: 1 1/4 cup
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur I used Grand Marnier
  1. Gently whisk orange juice, sugar and orange liqueur in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring contents of saucepan to a light boil and reduce heat.
  3. Continue to whisk for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside and allow to cool completely.
  5. Syrup will thicken a bit as it cools.
